A free consultation allows me to touch base with clients and grasp the project requirements. After researching and evaluating a project a proposal will be given to the client which outlines an agreement of work for the project including a quote.
Once contracts have been completed, clients are invited to collaborate with me by using project management software. This software helps keep all critical project information in one secure and organized location while providing a nice visual for keeping track of progress. Comments, notes and amendments of the project are all handled here.
After successful testing and launch of your project, support is always at hand should you need to expand or change your project.

Essentially, what this means is this type of visitor is keen to engage with your content and has asked to be sent more information on products, services and news which can filter into sales.
